Can I cancel or click "Ok" and it makes me:

Excuse me, but I use a translator.

When I used SparkIV I just put it in the main installation directory

For the retail version, that directory will be:

Rockstar GamesGrand Theft Auto IV

For the steam version, that directory will be:

Steamsteamappscommongrand theft auto iv

Is there any specific reason you want to use SparkIV by the way? I have found that OpenIV is a lot better, and easier to understand than SparkIV. It can be found here: (http://openiv.com/, or if that link is down: http://www.gta4-mods.com/tools/openiv-15-f21438).
