What 3mb file in the description? Is it the car or skin? If so, go to www.gtapolicemods.com and click the GTA IV knowledge base. It has a thread on installing cars and textures.

I couldnt figure out what the 3mb file in the youtube description was, I guess after reading your post it is the cop car? I got everything fixed now, I am a complete idiot. Feel free to delete this >.>
