Trouble modding cars in OPENIV

So i downloaded CVPI_SLICKTOP_V1.3 and I am trying to load it into OpenIV. I click on models, then cdimages, then vehicles.img. i then select Edit Mode and try to drag in the FBI.wft and FBI.wdt files from CVPI_SLICKTOP_V1.3 into OpenIV and OpenIV will not accept them. Can anyone help me out??

    Make sure to properly extract the downloaded file, and to run OpenIV as administrator. Once in OpenIV make sure that you really are in Edit Mode. 

    I just tried to download and install that file, and there were no problems.
