i know their are tutorials on how to set the mod up, but i'm new to lcpdfr, and gta 4, so i find it a little overwhelming.

 

 

i would really like to set up my gta 4 like this guy has it:

 

if you could link me a tutorial that would suit my needs in order to do this, i would greatly appreciate it.

If you learn how to install car modifications, weapons, sounds, scripts etc., then yes.
