Hey everyone i just discovered lcpdfr and downloaded it then used auto install i go into the game and press Alt + p and all i get is a fuzzy game i havent beaten the game and im in the levle in mourning please help

If you're trying to use 0.95 it may be worth reading This topic, as it's more for those familiar with previous versions, and isn't support 'qualified' currently so to say.

Otherwise if you're on 0.91 you may wish to try the Diagnostics Tool and make sure everything is installed/supported properly.

Pressing P in GTA IV activates motion blur and makes the game fuzzy. Just press P again to undo it.

Kjel is right. You can go into your key mappings for GTA in-game and change the key for motion blur (i believe that's how they call it in game, just look for a command mapped to the P key) and change it to something you never use.

What changing P will do is make it so the screen does not get blurry.
