Is there a way that I can prevent the player from screaming something over the PA system every time I try to stop a car? I know that the NOOSE and FIB characters don't yell anything, but I want to use some of the uniformed peds. Any ideas?

You could also use Simple Native Trainer to switch to a voice you would like better. Personally, I would prefer "pull over to the side of the road" rather than "pull over, asshole!"
