1. So, I would like this radar mod here in the video, it is pretty cool.. if someone knows it, would you like to share it with me?

 

 

2. There was a map mod which has all the street names and locations on it.. kinda' Google Maps look. Does anybody know it?

 

3. This is my PC : GTX 660 2GB Windforce, i5 3350P 3.1 Ghz, 8GB of RAM.

I am running it on an 19' 1280x1024 screen.

 

Would you recommend me an ENB, so I can run it with some texture mods and also some CVPIs, record with Fraps and still get at least 25 FPS?

As for an ENB/ICE mod, you shouldn't have much of an issue... a light/medium version should suffice.
