GTA IV Spawn Points.

Do anyone have any idea how I can make certain vehicles spawn in GTA IV on startup? Like the Police cars parked at the station or the buses at Star Junction.

I have found no data file controlling it, I believe it is either somehow embedded into the map meta data or it is inside internal code.

It was so easy in GTA SA, You would walk to where you wanted it open the CMD line just do /createveh bla bla bla and it would pop up and always be there...

How can I do it for GTA IV? :/

I really want to make the Police Maverick spawn on the Police Stations with Helipads, NOOSE vehicels at the bigger Police Stations, Stuff like that..It's just so darn hard to find out..

You could try this, it is for Xbox360 but could be adapted for PC. I am sure there is a tutorial on GTAForums.com for PC but I can't find it.
