GTA 4 does not start after mod install

Hello,

this mod is really the best there is for the GTA 4 you have really done a good job.

I now have only the problem that when I have the mod installed my GTA 4 will not start. I've already watched the video of break but I'm German, could not translate everything. But now back to the topic:

Whenever I want to start then GTA 4 is: "The application could not be started". I therefore ask that maybe someone here who speaks German help me. It can also be someone who speaks English like the main thing is the mod works then.
