every time i run the lcpdfr diognosis test its says cpu supproted but ram says not but has a check mark and windows restrutible installed and gta 4 not detected please help i have 2gb hp laptop 32bit

LCPD: FR is not a standalone game, it is a modification for Grand Theft Auto: IV. Thus, LCPD:FR will only work when used with GTA IV or Episodes from Liberty City (DLC). The game can be purchased at a variety of resellers, as well as on Steam.

Until you get GTA IV, you could have a NASA-spec PC and LCPDFR still would not run.

 

With regards to finding the system requirements, I would recommend you use Can You Run It from System Requirements Lab to give you the most accurate results.
