How do you do it ? I tried looking on YouTube but i only found SA videos.

Download IVAud. It opens .ivaud files found inside cd images. use SparkIV to extract .../GTAIV/pc/audio/sfx/resident.rpf/HORNS.ivaud. Then use IVAud to replace the police sirens found inside, such as Ambulance warn, siren 1 siren 2, wail, etc.

Import horns.ivaud into resident.rpf in pc/audio/sfx.

You don't really need IVAud lol. Just import and replace horns.ivaud(Most of the time anyway)

Well if you make your own you need it. I sometimes make my own and do it that way.
