I downloaded the radiance mod and I extracted visualsetting.dat to common-data in reg gta iv folder and I don't know what to do with the rest, can someone give me a tutorial with a link or in text on here because my lights look white but they are flashing red and blue it is just it is like bleach white. I will try to put a pic in here to show what lights look like now.

this timecyc.dat file will also fix the fuzzy look in TLAD.

How to install this mod:
1. Backup the file that you replace, always.
2. Copy visualSettings.dat file in commondata folder.
3. copy timecyc.dat in pcdata folder.
4. replace taxi signs.png file.
5. replace taxi laptop.png file.

About 4 & 5, it's just for textures correction if taxi signs and laptop are too bright.
