ElS Brightness Issue

Featured Replies

Hello,

I just installed Icenhancer 2.1 and my ELS lights are not bright enough. I have tried to install the Radiance mod and turn up their brightness using the ELS.ini...no luck. Another problem I am having is whenever I hit "Evening" in the trainer, my game crashes. Other than that it works great.

Here is a screenshot

Thanks

I would like to apologize for posting 3 topics. I am sincerely sorry... my internet was acting up, please delete the other two. Like I said, no intention to spam. Thanks.

Go to your GTA IV directory.

Then go to common -> data -> VisualSettings.dat

In that file, find these lines:

# Other emissive lights
car.defaultlight.emissive.on 500

Mine's on 500, but yours will probably be around 30.
If you want brighter lights, set the value to 100.
Just play with the values until you find the perfect brightness.

Hope this helped.

Well thank you! Mine was at 750 and they were still dim... lets see what 2000 looks like.

Edit: Just tested it and didn't really notice a difference. :wallbash:
