I want to change the lcpdfr computer background , but i have problems.

OpenIV --> Whatever car you want to change the computer background in --> Open the .wtd --> find the picture its replacing and replace it

Pretty sure he's talking about the Police Computer Screen when pressing E and not the Static Texture thats comes with the Car Models :D
