Help with blips

Featured Replies

Hello, I'm hoping someone from the scripting community can help me with this.

I'm trying to add a blip, but I'm having some problems, and I can't figure out what I am doing wrong.

destination = Blip.AddBlip(GTA.Vector3 target;

I'm getting the following error

'GTA.Vector3' is a 'type', which is not valid in the given context

I don't understand it because you're supposed to be able to use GTA.Vector3.

You're missing a close-paren, for one.

For two, shouldn't the argument you pass be an object, not a type? It should be

GTA.Vector3 target = *target*;
destination = Blip.AddBlip(target);
You don't specify the type. You just pass the object.
