    It will probably run, but likely not very well.  The CPU is great (I have the same one in my gaming laptop) but the GPU will probably struggle with GTA.  I have heard that the GT 630M can run less-demanding games on good settings, but it can struggle with higher demand games.  GTA is poorly optimized for PC, so even some mid-high end PC's can have difficulty.  

     

    Long story short, yes, you can run it (as him1250 said) but you will likely have to keep the graphics down low.
