  1. Googling is fairly easy, y'know.. http://support.google.com/youtube/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=138161 http://arstechnica.com/tech-policy/2013/05/nintendo-kicks-lets-play-videos-off-youtube-then-slaps-ads-on-them/ So, yeah. It's at the moment limited to Nintendo, AFAIK. YouTube/Google doesn't ban members or remove their videos unless they get a copyright complaint from the license owner(in this case Rockstar?). Blatantly breaking numerous copyrights doesn't really help either(gameplay, music, maybe some movie/TV clips).
  2. It should run it on high, if you don't mind ~30 FPS. I have a gaming laptop with rougly the same specs, except a 1080 native res.
  3. I don't quite understand your reasoning behind this. People shouldn't be allowed to do what they want with their YouTube channel? It's not like they're taking precious space away from other people or anything with their videos. As for your last statement about the demographic for these "hour long videos".. Well, I'm employed and know none of these people, but I occasionally enjoy watching other people play LCPDFR, because I can maybe get some tips out of their gameplay videos even if they don't do commentary. Infact, a non-commentary LCPDFR video was what got me interested in the mod in the first place.
