EFLC Loads From Wrong Directory

I have a strange problem. I tried installing EFLC a second time so I could have two different games - one for actually playing and stuff and one for testing stuff or playing online. The problem is that when I try to load my normal game, it loads the TBoGT file from the second install. I didn't even have them in the folder (I created "Rockstar Games 2EFLC 2 and installed it in there). Then I moved the second install to the desktop and now it says that it can't find the game file for my savegame. Starting a new game might fix that, but then I feel I will always have this issue with 2 installations. If anybody has two installations of EFLC, could you tell me how you did it?

I think the problem is because of when I updated the second installation to the most recent patch the game decided to start using the TBoGT folder from the second installation no matter which LaunchEFLC.exe I actually started.

Actually, I think it has to do with the disk installation. I selected that place for it to install. However, I have tried it differently before - I installed normally with my normal EFLC on the desktop, then renamed the folder for the second one and moved the first back. That just made the second one load files from the first one.
