I saw a lot of people which doesn't know how to install LCPDFR so i decided to do a post about how to install LCPDFR so if you want the LCPDFR to work please follow the steps and you will get it installed with no problems no back up needed.

 

-Let's start-

• Download the LCPD First Response.

Link : http://www.gta4-mods.com/script/lcpd-first-response-v095-rc2-f12141 ----- OR Download the attach file

• After you download it 'Double Click' on '095RC2R2.exe' 'Run' 'Next' and it should tell you if you have some components if you don't have them search on 'Google' 

Components :

 

--> .NET Framework 4:Full Profile [Just download .NET Framework 4]

 

--> Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable

 

--> Legitimate copy of GTA IV [if you have GTA 4 it fine.]

 

--> Games for Windows Live Redistributable 3

 

• Then if you have them press 'Next' then if it hasn't detected your 'GTA IV Folder' press 'Browse' and select your GTA IV Folder.
• Then finish, NOW after you done all that in-game press " ALT + P " [ignore the capital letters] and on the map you should have some police sections and you are done.

Sorry, but unfortunately it's a bit useless, there is already a thread in Support section about that, and videos too in Tutorials section.

If people don't read the big "read first" topic I don't think they will read this one.

 

And, some important things are missing in your post.

And...I don't see why you would put a link to LCPDFR mod somewhere else (ie gta4-mods.com) when you are on lcpdfr.com...which is where the mod is actually from??!

 

Anyway no big deal for that, but really, there are at least 2 tutorials about how to install LCPDFR and I found them in less than 2 minutes time. There's really no need to make another topic of it...and this topic is even in the wrong section too!

 

I got to say the forum is getting messier because there are more and more lazy people not putting their effort in to actually try and search for the solutions to their problem. Instead they go and make a new topic and hope that someone will give you the answer. That is like a person inside a house with food stored in cupboards. When that person is hungry he/she just goes shouting for food waiting for someone to feed him/her. Well in real world if no does the feeding, you die! Simple solution isn't it?
