That is actually a prone position, not crouching, and I don't think it will offer any benefits to your actual shooting as if you look in your weaponinfo.xml you will see

<reticule standing="0.65" ducked="0.55" scale="0.3"/>
</aiming>

 

You would probably still be using the regular offset, you might be able to set it up to use Crouched, but as I say it won't improve, and in MP others probably won't see it.
