vehOff.csv for Police3, Police4 and Policeb?

I use a "newveh.img" file to add three Police vehicles (used by my clan). However I am in the process of also using the newveh.img for a vehicle pack I will soon release. But I'm running into a little problem when editing the vehOff.csv to include with the pack. The file does not have slots for Police3, Police4 and Policeb, so I have no idea how to adjust the camera on those cars.

 

Does anyone know what file, or if I can create a separate file to change the camera angles on those vehicles?
