Its just a normal Whelen Liberty. There are different types with different takedowns and module options but the one you posted is probably the most common setup. Hard to tell more without seeing the front. Here are some photos of models that resemble your photo.

    A lot of the lightbars my local PD use are of the Whelen Liberty, just different variant's, I know there is one with only 2 LED's on the front and back of the lightbar.
