I am in the middle of working on a CVPI, and i would like to change the grill. I have a cvpi with a honeycomb grill, but it is unstable, and high poly. So if anybody has any ideas on how i should go about changing the grill, it would be greatly appreciated :)

You can always put a solid there and map a honeycomb texture on it.

Do you want just the honeycomb grill from the unstable CVPI to put on another model? Or do you not like the honeycomb?

 

You could always delete everything except the grille from the CVPI that you like, then export it to a .wtf

Then, on the model that you want the grille on, delete the grill and import the .wtf of the other grille. Then all you have to do is move it around and attach it!

Thanks both of you! But i just made a solid, and assigned a honeycomb texture to it, and it looks pretty good :)
