A few questions about ELS, LCPDFR, and Mods

Featured Replies

I am leaving EFLC to IV and I have a few questions How many cars can I mod in IV because every time I mod over 6 cars like a taxi and police cars there will be only taxis and same for peds will it be the same for IV? And im a super new modder so I don't know that much and I cant get lcpdfr and the snt in my version of EFLC and When I get ELS and LCPDFR and snt do I just drag them all into my GTA IV directory because they all have something called scripthook.dll and they all have that in the files and if I replace it will It get rid of all the mods? And when I install an ELS car does it have to be ELS 7 or any ELS version? And my current game version is v1.1.1.0 :)

- You can mod the cars you want until your PC explode, the taxi bug can be fixed with Traffic Flow, Traffic Load, or Chikmaru Real Traffic for example (scripts).

- ELFC needs to be updated to patch 1.1.2.0 / GTA IV needs to be updated to patch 1.0.7.0.

- LCPDFR is automatically installed / ELS and SNT content must be put in the root folder of the game, where the exe is.

- Don't care about the scripthook files until one of your scripts doesn't work, LCPDFR already install scripthook.

- All ELS cars should work with ELS7, some cars are optimized for it though.

- BONUS : don't forget to install LCPDFR as admin, uncheck read-only on game folders, and launch the game as admin too.

- SUPER BONUS : don't forget to read the support section of the website and the many other helpful threads of the forums.

- ULTRA MEGA BONUS : enjoy your game, officer :)
