I got a big... problem overhere

 

lcpdFR does works but whenever trying too install ESL for my police car mod (because i dont have any lights...)

it crashes because esl uses the dsound.dll

and whenever i try to run GTA IV (launcher) V1.0.7.0

it crashes because secuROM stops with working whenever i got dsound

 

deleting dsound causes no problems only ESL doesn't want too work at all..

 

need help as soon as possible because dutch policecars without lights sucks :)
