Problems with keys in-game (ELS)

Featured Replies

Whenever I try to use ELS in game on my Windows 8 Dell Inspiron 17r, it takes multiple key presses to get the lights activated. (sometimes upward of 10) I have tried everything I know to fix this and couldn't find a solution online. It's not that i cant play the game, it is just bothersome and annoying. If anybody knows how to fix this I would really appreciate it! Please Help. (if it makes any difference, i have the same key problem with Simple Native Trainer)

If you don't know how to disable the keys of your trainer, here:

1- Press F3 to open the trainer

2- Go to options (Which is going to be already highlighted)

3- At the last of the options, you will find Enable/Disable Keys. Just switch to off or disable, or whatever it's.

Enjoy!

I have disabled it. Even when I try to use ELS without the trainer installed... I still have the same problem of having to press the "j" key at least 5 times to turn the lights on/off!

yes there is no problem els7 takes 3 hits to turn on your lights ill show you in my video if you dont mind  first hit warning lights second wag and warning and 3 all lights on car http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sy1jUUCcPvs

Actually you can activate all lights (primary, secondary, warning lights) with a press of function key plus "j". This will activate your lights going backwards order.

It's not just the ELS 7.0. I had the same problem with a previous version as well.

Try re-mapping the lighting stage key to something other than j, like backslash, as the J key itself could be conflicting with something besides trainer.
