I have downloaded ELS v7 RC2 and it works nice,but on LCPDFR when I get into my (ingame computer) to check peaple on trafficstops. The computer says my username is "[HandlerSocket] Unable to connect" and not "Galati")

I think that's an issue with the LCPDFR server.  The game sends data to LCPDFR server to keep track of your in-game stats.  It will not effect game play, but I don't think the stats are collected when you see that error, since the server is down when that error pops up in the username of the car's computer.
