What were you trying to do at the moment of this screenshot ? Extracting ?

Try another car, this archive seems corrupted at first look.

At least, give me the link I'll download it and try.

Ok I got one but spark doesnt work I cant find the car!

It works for me.

Download and extract the CVPI, open SparkIV, go to pc/models/cdimages/vehicles.img, click Import, then find your extracted CVPI and select the 2 wft and wtd files in the Vehicle Files folder.

Save and Rebuild with SparkIV, and launch the game.

If you want to replace another car than the police1 (vapid cruiser), then change the name of the CVPI files.

WinRAR handles zip files, it doesn't should be the problem.

But anyway WinRAR is a crap software, remove it and use 7zip.

Try to re-download the file, maybe the previous downloading didn't end correctly and so the archive is corrupted.
