I am amazed with how well these mods have worked.

 

It is long, boring but really beautiful.   If you just want to see the lights,  they start at 3:20 in the video

and sporadically throughout.  And i do mention a few things about my setup in the video.

 

 

It is a game commentary,  and i don't have a wonderful radio voice.   I do question myself sometimes

and go "wow do i really sound like that on a recording."   

 

 

But heck,,  i am having a lot of fun trying to make them.   Enjoy,  graphic quality is what it is due to size limitations

on uploading from my crappy internet.   Go right ahead with feedback about the other things on the video.

Learned a lot about what you can do with GTA IV and LCPDFR while making these videos.

 

I shouldn't be surprised this is possible with all the amazing GTA videos already out there,   but it was really neat and fun that i could put this together.
