Edit: are you sure you choose install path ("blablabla/Rockstar Games/Grand Theft Auto 4" ?) and see in the script folder : LCPDFR (folder),FirstResponse.ini (notepad file),FirstResponse.net.dll ? [optional] and if you had play this, there musbe a log file (LCPDFR, in the location where gtaivlauncher.exe is located) if not, errr you will know what i mean.

Ahem... it's normal that he does have those "false" in the report, because he can't install the mod, that's the problem.

So, before saying "the problem is clear ?" and adding a ==", you should read the previous posts...
