Manual install did not work crashes game

is there any way of doing a Manuel install or is there only the automatic?

the tool checked out everything except for the mod as you said but it did say that my .NET and C++ are ok. and yes it is in the 32bit file path

i bought it from best buy its not a steam version

Yes the game works normal without it but when i try to install it(and it errors) it puts in the scripthook files and then i cant start my game, so i delete them and it goes back to normal
