Does anyone happen to have a backup of the tool, the current link is broken in the downloads. I am trying to assist a bud with installing lcpdfr but there is an issue and i would like to use the tool to confirm the situation.

Well I don't have a copy for you, but what you can do is check out the get support page and see if anything on that checklist fixes the problem while you're waiting for a copy. Unless you already went through that page.

This thread is four months old. At the time, links weren't working. Don't get in our faces and say we don't "know how to properly link web pages" because they weren't working at the time.

EDIT: And Sniper already linked the diagnostic log download in his post.
