I'm not sure how Steam installs things, but if it is anything a regular install, go to (usually) C:/Programme Files/Rockstar Games/Grand Theft Auto IV/scripts

It should be there and I think that is where the LCPDFR files go, I'm not sure. But if there isn't a /scripts folder in the root GTAIV folder, just create one and place any future scripts there.

    Well, when I click on the GTA IV properties this is that it says: steam://rungameid/12210 :s

    Steam version is: Program Files (x86)/Steam/SteamApps/common/Grand Theft Auto/EFLC (I use EFLC for LCPDFR).

     

    EDIT:  Just noticed that you got it installed afterall.  Nice.  Hit the left ALT+P to activate LCPDFR.
