That was EVI's model, it's no longer on LCPDFR so I don't know where you can download it from, some people may have mirrors of it though.

Has the real CVPI and Charger. And they are currently making Suburbans and Tahoes and all the other cars with the real RCMP lightbar setups!

EVI's Rcmp crown vic is in the download section i downloaded it yesterday

how do i add a rambar to a car or is there a model like EVI s but with a rambar

I believe they use ALOT of lonestrangers skins. As for models.. I wouldn't know.

In his media fire, under the gta iv section he has a ton of rcmp, and other canadian agency skins.

I basically replicated the old RCMP pack they used previously. Took me lots of hours and searching and re-skinning for my personal use but I succeed! I use it most from all my other skin packs since its a whole complete set.

EDIT** I believe gangrenn has a nice one with a long bar in the back window with ambers (SEC) that take up majority and two red and blue (PRIME) that flash on either side.
