... they are some pretty crappy templates compared to my departments Incident reports. The incident report must be for a really small police department or maybe even a school/campus police.

Sorry can't do that. Even if I could I don't have the file for the incident reports we just grab a stack of copies from the file bin. And our other reports are done on a computer program.

Our dept. has gone paperless and we use a program called PolicePak. It really keeps things brief.
