I was wondering if anyone could make a marked O.P.P Tahoe. I know that aznaisoftdude released an unmarked one and that the marked one was a WIP but since he has left the modding community I don't think we will get it. It would be awesome if someone would be up to doing this if not that is fine. If you are interested PM for pictures. Thank you.

This isn't for the O.P.P Tahoe anymore as it seems like there is no interest to make it which is fine. I was actually wondering if someone could make the stealth CVPI since the marked CVPI was recently released by Tim98.

lonestranger did a stealth OPP CVPI skin. With this zip file, you get both the regular OPP skin and the stealth OPP skin.
