The Ragepluginhook settings menu doesn't open, since when doing the setup install, it couldn't open the settings even if I pressed show settings

The only way to fix it is to stop Windows flagging it or the game folder as a security issue. I'm trying to recreate the issue myself but when adding RPH and the game folder as an exception it works

Could it be my windows build?

It shouldn't in theory. What version are you on? and is it activated?

I'm on Version25H2 Build 26200.8894

Yeah it should work fine then.

Have you restarted windows after applying defender exceptions and such? Sometimes windows keeps the same session so it might not have changed. If you check task manager on the CPU section it should provide uptime. With windows if you shutdown and then manually start the PC again it will not have reset the session or the timer, but if you click restart it should boot into a new session. That's the only other thing I can think of.

Not that I know of, I tested it myself and it worked. It's difficult to troubleshoot when you don't exactly know why it is happening. I still suspect it is a Windows issue, as you have tried with no other mods, etc
