When I clicked RagePluginHook after reinstalling it, I noticed that it kept freezing everytime I opened it, I have a screenshot of it where it's just stuck when loading the initialization

Oh yeah I forgot to say that I did disable my mods folder but it didn't work, I also tested GTA without ragepluginhook and it worked perfectly fine

Okay, can you go to commandline.txt in your main game folder, open it and add -log to it, run RPH again and it should generate a RagePluginHookLauncher.log in your game folder that you can upload

No log generated at all?

Something must still be blocking the .exe. Can you open your game folder's properties and go to the security tab, and ensure your usergroups have full read/write permissions for the folder, try it then.

You can also try running RPH as an admin

Nothing worked

Are you on the latest game version? Try reinstalling the latest RPH+LSPDFR version manually, RPH should at least be able to start up. Double check that battleye hasn't re-enabled itself after the update too

I reinstalled lspdfr and ragepluginhook and It comes up with the disclaimer first and then freezes, and battleye is off

Okay, double check your anti-virus, the .exe is newer so you may have to add it again. You can also try disabling the AV until you hook RPH for the first time, and then enable it again.

Was everything working fine for you before the game update?

Didn't work, but it looks like it closes it self again like it opened the settings, and it's still running in the background so I think it is open but just in the background. Yes everything was working normally before the update

Is it possible there were still processes running in between updates? Can you check task manager, and if you're unsure, try a PC restart

It's still freezing, but now it's says: "Checking Compatibility Level"

Is it generating any log/launcher log this time?

Do you have any other anti-virus installed apart from the built-in windows av?

It's not generating any logs, since I'm not in the game. I don't have any other anti-virus, I used to have norton before, but I deleted that a month ago

It should at least generate the launcher log even if the game doesn't run. Weird.

Does it work if you load into the game first? and then start RPH after you have spawned in

I can't load RagePluginHook since I need to do the settings first but it freezes

Have you tried it while the game is running though?

Yes, but it gave me the same pop up

I'm really not sure why this would be happening, usually it's because something is blocking it from running.

Can you try deleting the gta .exe files in your game folder and then verifying your game files?
