RPH stuck on "Launching game"

Featured Replies

I have a fresh install of GTA V Enhanced and i manually installed LSPDFR, i have battleye off on the launcher, have RPH exempt from my anti virus / firewall, and every time i try to start LSPDFR RPH gets stuck on "Launching game" and will launch the game but RPH will just stay there? I have also tried launching it while the game is already running and it does the same thing. Also whenever i start RPH steam pops up with " -skipPatchCheck -launchTitleInFolder 'Folder Name'" Please help!
