The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

i took every asi out every dll out every ini out verified files game worked fine i downloaded asi loader and open iv back i put every asi dll and ini back started and still get the error

Okay go back to when the game worked. The problem is you are adding too many mods at once, you will never be able to find out which one is the problem.

Remove them all again and add one at a time, and test
