When my game opens it just crashes. I have renamed mods to _mods (same issue) I have verified the integrity of my files and I have the same issue. It happened after I modified ultimate backup's SpecialUnits.xml and then I got a Zlib crash, I'm not getting them now but I'm stuck on this. I did a clean reinstall of UltimateBackup too.

I think your Scripthookv is outdated, get the latest version from here: https://dev-c.com/GTAV/scripthookv

You should make sure you are on the latest SHVDN as well: https://github.com/scripthookvdotnet/scripthookvdotnet-nightly/releases

I've updated scipthookV and I disabled the scripts folder I still have the same issue

Remove any script mods from your main folder too and see

I think I'm just going to reinstall the game and backup my plugin and mods folder

Not a bad idea, I would recommend adding one mod at a time though
