The F4 console is invisible, but it works if you type the right command and press enter.

No, it randomly started appearing but then is gone again.

Are you using any NVIDIA overlay filters or enhancements?

No overlays or enhancements. It worked randomly once, but then went back invisible. As I stated before I can still use it and type all the commands, but it's invisible.

You are a version behind with LSPDFR, the enhanced version had an update a couple weeks ago.

Manually install the latest enhanced preview again, and make sure there are no LSPDFirstResponse .dll or .pdb's in your main folder, they should be in the plugins folder only. Then launch again and see!

If it does the same thing, upload the new log please!

I just installed reinstalled LSPDFR 5 minutes ago though.

Do you have any mods installed that require a UI (RAGENativeUI, LemonUI, etc?)

Or even if you have a mods folder, rename it to _mods and see if it still happens

This is a completely clean install, made this right when I responded to you to rule out any outside effect

A common issue with RPH not displaying the console is due to NVIDIA smooth motion, make sure it is disabled either globally, or for just GTA V, and see if it works then.

I have it disabled, I globally and specifically disabled it yesterday when i had a problem with FH5.

Can you try with the NVIDIA and possibly steam overlay turned off? I'm not sure what else would be interfering with it

Yeah still nothing, it randomly worked one day and now nothing again.

Okay. Well look, at least you can still enter commands.

Enhanced seems to have these quirks. I'm not sure I know of anything else to try to be honest.

I can suggest possibly trying to switch between windowed mode and fullscreen for the game and see if it makes a difference (the opposite mode of whatever you usually play on)
