Hey guys. I'm running a MacBook Air M4 with an external HD, I bought an XBox bluetooth controller, as Chat GPT said that I can run GTA 5. I downloaded Steam and Purchased GTA 5, downloaded it and for what ever reason, I can't seem to figure any of this stuff out. I really want to play this mod. I've been watching YouTube endlessly. Former Cop who after getting shot over 20 years ago really misses it, and some of the vids that you guys are putting out are really making me miss the streets. Since I can't be a LEO anymore, I figured this was the next best thing. - Please someone help

GTA 5 Legacy doesn't run on Mac natively. GTA 5 Enhanced doesn't run at all.

You can use Parallels to install Windows in a VM, and install GTA 5 Legacy Edition on it. You can then get LSPDFR playable by installing it like normal, bar a small change that you can see in the FAQ. https://www.lcpdfr.com/forums/topic/89691-read-will-save-your-time-common-issues-fixes-and-bugs/
Setting up a VM and installing GTA 5 Legacy on it is beyond the scope of support we'd provide here, however.

Playable is a bit of an overstatement though, LSPDFR does not play completely smoothly on Mac - whilst GTA 5 itself actually plays with reasonable performance. I wouldn't recommend buying Parallels solely for LSPDFR.
