LSPDFR crash after March 2026 GTA V update

Featured Replies

After the March GTA V patch (March 12, 2026), LSPDFR stopped working correctly. When launching the plugin, the game consistently crashes right after LSPDFR loads at the beginning, during the transition to duty.
Log:
1 Error PedInventory invalid when assigning weapons to peds.

2 This issue was previously resolved by editing inventory.xml, but after the update the crash persists.

3 Failure at SwitchToCharacter.

4 Message Tried to start DamageTrackerService while already running! indicating a service conflict.

5 LSPDFR Sync connects and enables BaselineTelemetry, Onboarding, and PatreonPauseMenuItem.

6 Crash occurs consistently after LSPDFR initialization.

Installed plugins and mods:

  • Plugins: Policing Redefined, EUP (clothing pack), EUP Menu, Realistic Traffic AI, Realistic Holster.

  • Modded police vehicles (replacements for default police cars).

  • Original weapons.rpf restored.

  • All versions are up to date: GTA V, RAGEPluginHook, LSPDFR (0.4.9476), plugins updated.

Steps already taken:

  • Verified GTA V integrity via EpicGames.

  • Tested clean launch with only LSPDFR — crash still occurs.

  • Fixed empty loadouts in inventory.xml, but the issue remains.

  • Checked configs (inventory, outfits, stations) — no errors found.

Sometimes the game does launch successfully, but after about 5 minutes of gameplay it crashes.
This is the first time I’ve experienced such a case where the game even refuses to open. Thank you in advance for your help

P.S Problem:
Even with the mods folder disabled (renamed with _ so all replacements are gone and the game runs on clean files), LSPDFR still crashes.

Log evidence:

  • Peds are created (mp_m_freemode_01, mp_f_freemode_01) and assigned to police stations.

  • When trying to apply uniforms, the error appears:
GetOutfitVariation: Failed to find outfit lspd_cop.

  • After this, LSPDFR continues for a few seconds but then starts shutting down threads (VehicleSelector, Marker) and eventually crashes.

Summary:

  • The crash is not related to replacements or mods — it happens even on a clean game.

  • The error shows that after the March GTA V update, base ped/outfit data was changed.

  • LSPDFR cannot find the standard uniform preset (lspd_cop), creates cops “without data,” and the logic breaks.

Привет,

Не могли бы вы загрузить последнюю версию файла RagePluginHook.log из основной папки с игрой?
