downloaded enhanced version but rage wont run?

I downloaded the enhanced preview version but once I get to the part about opening the rage plugin hook it told me it wasn't in the correct folder. It said it had to be in the folder with the actual game so I closed it out and moved the file, Once the file was moved into the gta enhanced folder with the game the rage plugin will not open again??
