RPH keeps crashing

Featured Replies

My game version: 1.0.3751.0

Currently in March 2026 RPH crashes for me when I click on the story mode option (either with/without RPH). This didn't happen when I had a few addon/replacement mods installed. I tried every patch mod there is to fix it, latest gameconfig from both GTA 5 mods and LSPDFR website, latest Script Hook V, latest SHVDN, latest HeapAdjuster, latest Packfile Limit Adjuster and other patch mods there is. I also tried turning off my AV, add exclusions to the AV, updated my drivers (though that made my device lag quite a bit but isn't the sole reason for RPH crash) and installed the latest windows updates, manually installed LSPDFR, unchecked LSPDFR to not load on startup etc... and nothing worked as it the game crashes on story mode loading screen.

Not to mention my gaming device is a Windows 11 Pro Lenovo LOQ 83DV model with 24 GB RAM, 2TB SSD, 13th Gen IC i7-13650HX and 4050 RTX components. It should definitely be able to handle lots of mods and plugins on GTAV especially when you download the essentials and do some important steps before launching the game, but it didn't.
