NPC vehicles are extremely slow

Featured Replies

NPC vehicles will speed until they are close to me, unless they are further away than what is shown in the video below. Once they are close, they slow way down. In pursuits, the NPC vehicles stay around 20mph(excluding police vehicles). Has anyone ran into this before and knows of an issue or where else to look for the issue?

*I dont know if this is specific to LSPDFR, so Im posting it here in case its a more general issue

Things Ive already tried:

Ive tried removing plugins that affected traffic, like 'Realistic Traffic AI', 'Velocity' and 'MTFO' which did not resolve the issue(when they were removed and the issue wasnt fixed, 'MTFO' was reinstalled). I even installed 'more speeders' to see if that helped. I also tried adding a new handling mod to override the default(or if I added one a long time ago), and the issue still remained.

Ive searched google and the forums here for an answer. The closest Ive seen was a script messing with traffic, however I attempted that resolve by removing those scripts/plugins, which did not fix the issue. Ive also checked the native trainer to see if 'ignore player' was on, and its not. Everything else is up to date that I know of.

Here is all my plugins, LSPDFR plugins, and scripts currently installed:

Hello,

You have enough mods that it may be difficult to narrow down the issue. I would start with any mods that affect traffic or traffic behaviour in any way, removing one at a time until you find the one that is causing the issue.

I suspect having 'More speeders' and 'Real Traffic AI' would conflict, however I have used neither.

It could also be related to ELS.

I can say that vanilla LSPDFR doesn't have this behaviour as shown in the clip
