Hey.
I installed ELS how its supposed to be, added the xml files correctly.
The Cars work, but I dont have the Overlay (CTRL+P) and the lights are like frozen and when I press E only a few Lights are working.

I tried almost everything I found.
ASI-Manager reinstalling an pc restart.
AdvancedHook installing
I have those packlimit adjuster and headadjuster
Im going crazy bc its the same problem EVERYTIME wich is why I stopped playing LSPDFR.

Please post the RagePluginHook.log & ELS.log file from the main game folder.

Have you installed Script Hook V?

Have you installed the mods correctly? Including the ELS files?

You also need a Gameconfig.

Try using the AdvancedHook that comes with the ELS (click here) download.

Update RageNativeUI

Download the latest version of RageNativeUI (click here)

Put RageNativeUI.dll into your root GTA V folder.

Click on Replace Files when prompted.

Run both GTA5.exe and RagePluginHook.exe as Administrator.

Make sure you have the latest version of DirectX.

Make sure you have the latest version of .NET Framework.

You can also try this:

• Close the game.

• Open the RAGE Plugin Hook settings (click the gear icon immediately after launching RPH).

• In the "General" tab, change "Plugin Threshold" from 10000 to 60000.

• Save and launch the game.

Try installing ScriptHookVDotNet-v3.7.0-nightly.95 as well.

Try restarting your computer as well.

Windows Security

Go to Virus & threat protection settings > Exclusions.
Add the entire GTA V folder to the exclusions list and RAGEPluginHook.exe.

I assume you have disabled BattlEye and that I don’t need to tell you to disable it.

Try launching the game without automatically loading the plugins. In the RPH settings, select "Don't load any plugins on startup", enter game, and only after you’re in the house with your character, type in the console (F4): LoadPlugin "LSPD First Response.dll"

Try deleting the ELS files and reinstalling them again from this link — click here. (Including AdvancedHook as well.)

Already tried.
My ELS install is maybe 2-3 hrs old

Rename the mods folder in the GTA V directory to mods. Try launching the game. If the error disappears, it means that another mod (most likely a vehicle pack or an XML script from ELS/packdefault) is causing the AdvancedHookV.dll crash.

You can try this:

• ASI Manager in OpenIV

• Open OpenIV and go to Tools > ASI Manager.

• Uninstall ASI Loader and OpenIV.asi, then reinstall them.

• This forces the scripts to reload the next time you start the game.

Is AdvancedHookV.dll in the main folder?

Set the GTA V folder permissions by right clicking the folder - properties - security - make sure admin, user and system have all permissions.

Advanced Hook is in main.
My computer sometimes changes the perms but I keep changing them to all perms for user and admin

I may have missed something someone else said, but sometimes ELS files for vehicles can be courupt. You can use any ELS files with the intended vehicles as long as it's similar pattern and colour.

I personally have had a few issues depending on the GTA version with ELS. So an option I would recommend is using non-ELS vehicles and add-on vehicles. Non-ELS is actually really easy to use if you know how. There are a few tutorials online.

Ye I have 3 packs form different modders. All dont work with ELS but the files work.

So you say I should delete ELS and use no els?

I have managed it...

The Problem was Rockstar named the Folder "GrandTheftAutoV Legacy" and it NEEDED to be "GrandTheftAutoV"
