Recently I came back to LSPDFR after a couple months break and updated all my files (including the RPH, plugins, and etc.). Whenever I go to launch Story Mode with RPH it shows that all plugins are being applied and then instantly crashes after displaying the error "Out of game memory. Please reboot and restart the game". I tried renaming the mods folder to _mods and it had no effect and before I have to restart downloading everything, I thought it would be best to post a forum query. I have attach my RPH log below.

There seems to be missing files or dependencies for TrafficYieldPlugin, have a look and see if anything is missing.

When testing, also try loading into singleplayer normally first, and then starting RPH. See if it behaves any differently.

So I added the missing file and despite that, I am still running into the same error. When I try to load into Story Mode w/o RPH I run into the game memory error and when I load into Story Mode with RPH but no plugins I still run into the error. I have provided the most recent RPH log below

Even without RPH you're getting the error? Do you have any vehicle/ped/map mods installed?

Yes, even w/o RPH I am getting the same error. As for mods installed, I have quite a few dlc packs, vehicle/weapons/model replacements and maps. However, as mentioned earlier, renaming the mods folder to _mods did not help the issue.

I take it you have an up-to-date gameconfig, a packfile limit adjuster, and a heap adjuster installed as well?

Double check your game settings as well, that you are not exceeding memory usage. If you cannot launch the game at all you might have to modify the settings.xml in your Documents/Rockstar Games/GTA V/

Also I would check to make sure your GPU drivers are up-to-date

I have a gameconfig for the current build (off of GTAV mods 0.5 peds and 0.5 traffic) a packfile limit adjuster, a heap adjuster, a resource adjuster, and all GPU drivers are also good. As for the settings.xml what should I modify?

Okay that's good. I would just reduce the settings temporarily, to see if it at least lets you into the game at all

Sorry, I have been busy with life. I managed the game to work w/o mods but the top-half of my screen stays completely black, and when I run with my mods folder, I run into the out of game memory error.

Are you able to verify your game files?

I am a bit confused by this question. Do you mean have I tested them all to see which one is causing the issue, are they all up to date, or something else?

I mean if you have it on Steam/Rockstar Launcher are you able to Verify the game's integrity? In 'game properties' for Steam and 'settings' for Rockstar Launcher
