This is for the enhanced version. What should I do?

Have you downloaded the latest LSPDFR and RPH that was updated yesterday?

Yes, I downloaded it and extracted it into the gta folder.

Try deleting GTA5_Enhanced.exe and GTA5_Enhanced_BE.exe and verifying your game files. If that doesn't fix it, please open commandline.txt in your game folder and add -log to it, run RPH again and upload the RagePluginHookLauncher.log that it will generate

That’s exactly what I ran into before, RAGEPluginHook just can’t hook until it officially supports your game version. The only real fix is either downgrade GTA to a supported version or wait for a RAGE update that adds support for 1013.29. Anything else will just hang or fail to launch.
